Accommodation

Ground floor: Living room with sofa and comfy chairs. Dining area in living room. Well equipped kitchen leading to enclosed courtyard. 1 kingsize double bedroom. Ground floor bathroom with power shower. Wheelchair ramp if requested.

First floor: 1 twin or double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom with power shower over bath.

Facilities

Oil for OFCH, power, bed linen (duvets) & towels included. Supplementary electric heating. Parking for 2 cars. TV/video/DVD/CD players & cassette player. Board games, jigsaws and books. Electric ceramic hob & oven. Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hair drier, torch, vacuum cleaner & microwave. Washing machine and tumble drier. Enclosed courtyard with table chairs, benches and washing line. Use of tennis court and wireless internet access available by prior arrangement with owner.

All rooms have good lighting with bedside lights beside all beds. There is a light by the front door and a light in the courtyard. All rooms have blinds as well as curtains.

Setting

Set amidst the rolling Suffolk countryside in a rural situation the Old Dairy Cottage provides the idyllic 'get away from it all' country escape. Wildlife is in abundance and there are many excellent cycle routes on rural lanes and country walks on public footpaths. Views of the owners' garden and small lake can be enjoyed from the south facing windows of the living room and bedroom 2 (pictured right).
